Martin SondermannDec 26, 2011

The college bowl season brings a lot of great football.

Outstanding games, crazy drama and breakout performances by all kinds of players and teams are expected.

It is an exciting time of the year when we can settle in and simply enjoy some football.

In saying that, we also have a bit more time to look at the games and players involved.

With all that free time, we thought it would be good to rank some of the position players, particularly those who take some of the biggest hits and make some of the most exciting highlights.

Who are the ball-carriers playing in the bowl games this year?

How does your team's running back stack up?

In this slideshow we power rank all 70 starting running backs from every bowl game.

Let's take a look.
