Broncos vs. Bills: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More
The path to the playoffs got a little bit more difficult for the Denver Broncos with a loss last week, but they have a chance to get back in the swing of things when they travel to upstate New York to play the Buffalo Bills.
The Broncos were exposed against the New England Patriots. The defense had no answer for Tom Brady, which is actually a league-wide problem. The offense had moments where it looked unstoppable, but when they got behind and had to pass the ball, it was hard for them to keep up.
The Bills could be the answer that the Broncos are looking for. They have lost seven consecutive games, and the way that they are losing does not inspire a lot of hope. I guess if you want to find some hope, they have gotten closer to winning in recent weeks, losing by just a touchdown last week.

What's At Stake?
The Broncos are clinging to a one-game lead in the AFC West right now. They can thank the Oakland Raiders for blowing a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter against the Detroit Lions for that. They have to take advantage of the situation in front of them if they want to be a playoff team.
The Bills are the perfect team for the Broncos to play if they want to get back on track. In addition to their current seven-game losing streak, they struggle to defend the run and look like they have given up.
It is time for the Broncos to prove that they are worthy of playing in the second season by dominating a team that they appear to be superior to on paper.

Fantasy Start 'Em, Sit 'Em, Sleeper
Start 'Em: Broncos RB Willis McGahee
Despite suffering a hamstring injury against the Patriots, McGahee is expected to play in this game. He has been a pleasant surprise this season with 990 yards rushing, and he should easily break the 1,000-yard barrier in this game.
The Bills have been unable to stop the run all season long, so McGahee is going to have his way with this team.
If you are still alive in your fantasy league, you need to keep the Broncos running back in the lineup because he will be a stud.
Sit 'Em: Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick
I want to believe in the talent of Fitzpatrick, but he makes it really hard because he is so inconsistent as a quarterback.
In his last two games, he has been a disaster. He has thrown for 492 yards, which is a respectable total, but just two touchdowns and five interceptions.
If you are still starting Fitzpatrick, I have no idea how you made it this far, but if you have any other quarterback on your roster, you need to think long and hard about putting him in the lineup.
Sleeper: Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas
I am not sure how much of a sleeper Thomas is because he is probably the Broncos' best receiver, but I believe that there are a few owners out there that aren't sold on him.
He has the big-play ability that makes him so appealing to fantasy owners, even though he doesn't get a lot of catches, he can make things happen.
The only problem with starting him is you know that the Broncos aren't going to throw the ball a lot, so any plays that Thomas makes have to be big.
What They Are Saying
Broncos executive vice president of football operations John Elway has not been the biggest supporter of Tim Tebow in the past, but he is finally starting to come around.
In an interview with the Associated Press, Elway said that Tebow is going to be a Bronco for the foreseeable future.
""Tim Tebow's not going anywhere," Elway said. "I mean, he's going to be a Bronco and we're going to do everything we can and hopefully he's that guy."
--snip--
"The best way for Tim to develop was to be good on the defensive side and take our time with him on the offensive side," Elway said. "And that wouldn't dump all the pressure on him and say, 'Here you go, in your second year you need to go out and score 35 points a game.'
"
Key Matchup: Broncos Running Game vs. Bills Defensive Line
The biggest problem that the Bills have had this season is stopping the run. There are a lot of things that plague them; that's undeniable, but their front seven is by far the granddaddy of them all.
To make matters worse, the Broncos are the best running team in the NFL. Tebow adds an element to the running game that no other team in the league can do, with the possible exception of the Philadelphia Eagles and Michael Vick..
If the Bills are able to contain Tebow, McGahee and anyone else the Broncos hand the ball off to, they will stay in this game until the end. If not, well, let's just say that things can get ugly in a hurry.
Prediction
While I am not a big believer in the Broncos as a playoff threat, they are the better team this week.
Broncos 31, Bills 17
