Samford vs. Auburn: Latest Spread Info, BCS Impact and Predictions
To say that Samford vs. Auburn is a mismatch is an understatement. It's the defending national champion vs. a team that barely took down Citadel last week.
Auburn is going to pummel Samford and there is nothing the Bulldogs can do to make this game even remotely close.

Key Storyline
How will Auburn finish the season?
Losing Cam Newton broke this team. They lost four games to dominant teams and will be looking to finish strong. They still have Alabama lying ahead and since they are going to steamroll Samford, they can start preparing for the Crimson Tide now.

BCS/Top 25 Implications
Auburn is clinging to the Top 25 for dear life. They have been beaten down by their brutal schedule and though they are the only team with four losses in the BCS poll, they will be safe for at least another week.
Samford Player To Watch: RB, Fabian Truss
For Samford to have any shot in this game, they're going to have to get it going with Fabian Truss, one of the very few guys on their roster who can really get it going. Getting bullied into throwing from behind is a recipe for disaster.
Auburn Player To Watch: RB, Michael Dyer
Michael Dyer has been up and down all season. He's going to want to go into the Alabama game with a full head of steam and to do so, he's going to have to make sure he goes off for over 100 yards, as he has done five times this season, rather than under 100 yards, which he has also done five times this season.
Key Matchup: Samford's Offense vs. Auburn's Defense
Samford has no chance at taking down Auburn in a defensive struggle. Their only hope is putting forth an absurd amount of points on Auburn and hoping they can win in a shootout. This isn't Western Carolina though, and the odds of Samford dropping 52 are slim to very none.
Prediction: Auburn 51, Samford 9
