Watch LeBron James and Kevin Durant Work Out Together During NBA Lockout
Who doesn't like seeing a video that involves both LeBron James and Kevin Durant in a swimming pool striving for greatness?
Before fans get the wrong idea, we're not talking about just some ordinary swim.
Durant and James have come together during the extended offseason to create a joint workout campaign, and the pool work done is some serious training in an effort to continue to improve both of their games.
After the two superstars get out of the pool, they hit the hardwood, where each works on his attack from the free-throw line.
Durant shot it at an unbelievable 88 percent from the charity stripe last season, so he might not need as much work as James, who shot just 75.9 percent from the line.
To follow that, the two delve into a drill where it's all about catching the ball off of a pass from the point and coming off of a set screen to create a shot from distance.
Both are fierce competitors, and, as evidenced by the video, neither can be left ignored by the opposition.
One thing that's remarkably evident is that both players are making a concerted effort to increase their post presence, and that strategy could really help both become far more dangerous scorers.
These are two guys that are the kind of premier scorers that the league rarely sees, and watching the two of them help one another get better is something special to watch.
Whenever the action resumes in the NBA, Durant and James aren't going to be amongst those that have fallen off due to a lack of commitment, and their play is a big reason why the sport has continued to grow in its popularity within the public sphere in recent seasons.
Basketball never stops.
