LSU vs. Alabama: Crimson Tide Will Prove Their Superiority in Epic Battle

The Alabama Crimson Tide are the best team in college football, and today, they have the chance to beat the No. 1 team in the nation and prove their worth.

LSU has gotten to No. 1 by beating no one better than Alabama minus a cake-walk game in Week 1 against an overrated Oregon team.

Now, as the whole world watches, the Crimson Tide will have the opportunity to put their stamp on the BCS championship game and hold their own destiny in their hands.

While both defenses are evenly matched, this game will be won on the offensive side of the ball and who can manage their turnovers the best. Both offenses are mediocre, but the Crimson Tide have stellar running back Trent Richardson, who will carry Alabama to a victory.

The paper is correct, because this is a greatest college football game of the last 10 years, and I haven’t been more excited for a matchup since I started watching college football.

With the SEC held as highly as it is right now, and having the two tops teams in the conference meeting the regular season with BCS championships implications galore, this game could have the most attention on it since the old matchups between USC and Notre Dame.

Let’s just hope it lives up to the hype.
