Real Madrid have a lot of money. They like to spend it.

They've also been known to throw it at players they don't actually need.

So even though Jose Mourinho's teamsheet is full of superstars, don't be surprised when Real Madrid go shopping this January when the world football transfer window reopens.

And don't be surprised when they're linked with a bunch of attacking players—despite already having guys like Cristiano Ronaldo, Mesut Özil and Kaká.

That's just Real Madrid.

The saga has been running for ages. Neymar to Real Madrid.

He's already signed. Oops, no he hasn't. Well then, he's going to sign soon.

If you follow world football at all, you already know the latest: Neymar will supposedly stay in Brazil with Santos until next summer.

We think Tevez might choose to head back to South America, but it's impossible to rule out Real Madrid and all their money.

We've written it before, but it's worth repeating.

Yes, we know RVP underlined his commitment to Arsenal recently. And he was actually pretty convincing.

"I am committed to Arsenal and that's how it is, despite people making up stories," he wrote in the program notes before Arsenal's 2-1 win over Sunderland over the weekend.

But haven't we been here with an Arsenal player before? Haven't we heard about their commitment to the club?

Yeah, that's what we thought.

Mario Götze, who looks a lot like Malcolm In The Middle, has generated a ton of praise for his performances with Borussia Dortmund.

The young German international wouldn't rule out a move to Real Madrid. That makes us think a move is possible.

Eden Hazard

English fans, especially those of Liverpool and Arsenal, are familiar with Eden Hazard and his situation.

Hazard, a 20-year-old Belgian international, wants a move from Lille to a bigger club. But he claims he'll stay in France until next summer.

We're not so sure about that.

Most of the speculation around Gary Cahill, Bolton's England international defender, deals with clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea.
