NFL Power Rankings Week 8: Who Is Establishing Home Field Dominance?
As is the case in almost every major sport, the NFL teams that win their home games are typically the ones you can find near the top of the standings. That's exactly what we're seeing through seven weeks in the NFL. Seven of the remaining undefeated teams at home rank in the top 12 of our Week 8 power rankings.
Green Bay Packers (3-0 at home)
The Packers haven't lost in 2011, or any time in the past 13 games, so they obviously find themselves undefeated at home. In fact, the Packers have lost just one game at Lambeau Field since the start of the 2010 season.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
New Orleans Saints (3-0)
The Saints have scored 132 total points in three games at home this season. That's a little over 40 a game. Scoring 62 in a rout of the Colts Sunday night certainly helped raise that number, but the freshly named Mercedes-Benz Superdome has been kind to the Saints throughout 2011.
New England Patriots (3-0)
Believe it or not, but Tom Brady hasn't been beat in the regular season at Gillette Stadium since Week 9 of the 2006 season. That's not a typo. With Brady under center, the Pats have won 28 straight regular-season home games.
Buffalo Bills (3-0)
Orchard Park is back to being a tough place to play for opponents, as the Bills have taken down both the Pats, Raiders and Eagles at home this season.
New York Jets (4-0)
The Jets have been awful on the road this season, but all four of their wins have come at home. Their next two home games are with the Patriots and Bills, so we'll get a better picture of how well these Jets play at home in the coming weeks.
Baltimore Ravens (3-0)
The Ravens kicked off their home slate with a convincing win over the Steelers on opening day, and they've followed that win up with victories over the Texans and Jets. Not a bad way to start 3-0 at home.
Pittsburgh Steelers (3-0)
The Steelers have always been tough to beat at Heinz Field, and that's continued this season. The wins (Seattle, Tennessee, Jacksonville) haven't exactly been impressive, but the Steelers can change that next week when the Patriots come to Pittsburgh.
San Diego Chargers (3-0)
Like the Steelers, the Chargers haven't beat a good team at home this season, as the Vikings, Chiefs and Dolphins have all left San Diego with a loss in 2011. In two weeks, however, the Chargers will have their chance for their defining home win. The undefeated Packers make the trip out west in Week 9.
