Ligue 1 Goals: PSG Move Within Five Points of Lyon

PSG 3 - Le Mans 1 (Ligue 1, Dec. 7, 2008) Guillaume Hoarau opened the scoring for the home side in the 23rd minute only for Gregory Cerdan to equalise eight minutes later.

PSG, retook the lead as Hoarau claimed his second of the night six minutes before half-time. Peguy Luyindula wrapped up all three points with his 88th minute strike to send PSG into fifth just five points behind leaders Lyon.

Monaco 1 - Sochaux 1 (Ligue 1, Dec. 7, 2008) Francileudo Santos opened the scoring for the visitors after just eight minutes only for Alejandro Alonso to equalise for the hosts 12 minutes later.

Grenoble 0 - Auxerre 0 (Ligue 1, Dec. 7, 2008)

Marseille 2 - Nice 1 (Ligue 1, Dec. 6, 2008) Marseille went ahead after 14 minutes when Nice midfielder Olivier Echouafni deflected a corner into his own net, before the hosts made it 2-nil just before halftime with a penalty from Mamadou Niang. Habib Bamogo scored for Nice early in the second half, but the hosts held on for the win.

Lille 1 - Toulouse 1 (Ligue 1, Dec. 6, 2008) Mauro Cetto had put Toulouse in front after 64 minutes, Michel Bastos struck the equaliser in the 90th minute.

Caen 1 - Rennes 1 (Ligue 1, Dec. 6, 2008) Benjamin Nivet’s opener for the home side on the stroke of half-time was cancelled out by Moussa Sow with 14 minutes remaining.

St. Etienne 2 - Le Havre 0 (Ligue 1, Dec. 6, 2008) Dimitri Payet (75) and Bafetimbi Gomis (80) found the target for St Etienne as they begin to pick up points.
