Arsenal will look to put its Premier League woes to the side when it takes on Ligue 1 side Marseille in a Champions League matchup on Wednesday.

Marseille leads the group with a perfect 2-0 record, and hasn't even allowed a goal through two group stage matches.

Arsenal has one win and a draw through two games. A win would go a long way in helping the Gunners advance to the knockout round of the competition.

Both these clubs are struggling in their respective leagues, but are experienced in European play. Marseille can take a stranglehold on the group with a win that would give nine points already.

Key for an Arsenal win: The Gunners have to contain Marseille striker Loic Remy who has played well this season for club and country.

The Frenchman has great pace and is a good finisher. Arsenal's defense has been terrible this season, especially the central defense, and Remy will have plenty of chances to score against Arsenal's back four.

Defense in the final third should be the top priority for Arsenal.

Key for a Marseille win: If Marseille scores the first goal, it will win the game. Arsenal doesn't play well from behind and has had trouble scoring late-game goals in the final minutes of matches this season.

The Gunners don't have a ton of scoring options so getting out to a lead early would be a massive advantage for Marseille.
