World Football Transfer Rumours: 4 Strikers Who Could Be on the Move

Mikhail TurnerOct 14, 2011

It's not even December yet, but the transfer rumors have been circulating in abundance. Some are utter nonsense, while others are slightly believable.

Though it is early in the season, there is no shortage of managers who are walking the plank. As usual, the fans, the media and in some cases, the managers themselves think spending money will be the answer.

In some cases it is, but it is always hard to tell what will happen with a midseason or even a summer transfer.

In any case, here is a small list of some strikers who could be on the move in January and beyond.

Neymar

Possible Destinations: Barcelona, Real Madrid

The Neymar to Spain saga has been going on for some time now, with weekly reports of a pending agreement with one of the Spanish giants.

Brazilian legends like Ronaldo have given their thoughts on the topic, while the man of the hour himself had some interesting comments before Brazil's friendly with Mexico this past Tuesday.

There is no question that Neymar will soon be plying his trade in Europe and most definitely in Spain. It is just a matter of which of the Spanish giants wins this duel.

Moussa Sow

Possible Destinations: Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal

According to Caughtoffside.com Moussa Sow is hot property in the Premiership. The report links him to both Tottenham and Liverpool, but during the summer, Arsenal was also on his tail, as they sought to buy the whole Lille team.

His former teammate Gervinho has already left, his current teammate Eden Hazard has a foot out the door for either a January or summer exit, and Sow will no doubt follow them.

Amauri
