No. 9: Indianapolis Colts at Cincinnati Bengals (-7)
1 of 9The Cincinnati Bengals have been a pleasant surprise to fans to this point. At 3-2, they're about three wins ahead of schedule. What makes things better for the Bengals is that the 0-5 Indianapolis Colts are coming to town.
Head coach Marvin Lewis has people believing in his team after the departure of wide receivers Chad Ochocinco, Terrell Owens and the absence of quarterback Carson Palmer.
The Bengals are now led by rookies Andy Dalton and A.J. Green to go along with a stout defense.
The Indianapolis Colts are in a downward spiral without Peyton Manning at the helm. His replacement, Curtis Painter, has made two starts in the NFL thus far. In those starts, he's averaged 279 yards passing/game, but he won't be so successful this time around.
The Bengals are easy money to cover at home against the Colts.
No. 8: New Orleans Saints (-4.5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
2 of 9The New Orleans Saints have won four straight games and will make it five this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Bucs were demoralized last week in San Francisco and the Saints won't take it easy on the struggling young squad.
Saints quarterback Drew Brees is cold-blooded on a football field and he'll have a monster game against Tampa Bay.
The Bucs will be sitting at 3-3 after the Saints win by 17 on Sunday.
No. 7: Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens (-7.5)
3 of 9The Houston Texans have disappointed so far this season, and they face a tough road challenge in Baltimore this weekend. To make matters worse, the Texans will be be without stars Andre Johnson and Mario Williams.
Having scored 30-plus points in each of their last two games, the Baltimore Ravens are looking good and are coming off their bye week.
Being without their best player on each side of the ball means that the Texans are in trouble. Expect the rested Ravens to win by double digits.
No. 6: Jacksonville Jaguars at Pittsburgh Steelers (-12)
4 of 9The Pittsburgh Steelers put up 38 points and appear to have broken out of their up-and-down start.
They'll continue their good play this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have lost four straight after their Week 1 win. The young Jags aren't ready for what's about to hit them in Pittsburgh.
The Steelers are playing with a small chip on their shoulder right now and look to prove that they're still Super Bowl contenders.
The Steelers are a 12-point favorite and will win by at least two touchdowns.
No. 5: St. Louis Rams at Green Bay Packers (-15)
5 of 9The Green Bay Packers are the NFL's best team right now and their Week 6 opponent, the St. Louis Rams, are one of the worst.
The 0-4 Rams won't get any luck this week and will get thumped by the Packers. The Rams are last in the NFL at stopping the run.
This means the Packers will pound the football on the ground until it opens up the passing game for quarterback Aaron Rodgers to pick the Rams apart.
The Packers will cover, no problem.
No. 4: Miami Dolphins at New York Jets (-7)
6 of 9The New York Jets are in desperate need of a win against the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football.
After a 2-0 start, the Jets have dropped three in a row—luckily they play the 0-4 Dolphins and Matt Moore will make his first start as a Dolphin. Things aren't so sunny in Miami these days and head coach Tony Sparano is feeling the heat. Too bad for Sparano, the Dolphins are in disrepair.
The Jets will put up plenty of points at home and get back into the win column this week.
No. 3: Minnesota Vikings (+3) at Chicago Bears
7 of 9The Minnesota Vikings earned their first victory of the season in Week 5 as running back Adrian Peterson found paydirt three times.
The Chicago Bears defense allowed the Detroit Lions to run wild in Week 5. To make things worse, the Bears offensive line was awful. Quarterback Jay Cutler didn't looked pleased as he was constantly harassed by the Lions defense.
This week won't be any easier for the Bears, the Vikings defense is built to get to the quarterback. Expect the Vikings to pull the upset in Chicago behind their tenacious defense, which will lead to plenty of carries for Adrian Peterson.
Vikings by 13.
No. 2: Buffalo Bills (+3) at New York Giants
8 of 9The matchup between the Buffalo Bills and New York Giants is one of the most intriguing games of the week.
Both the Bills' and the Giants' credibility is on the line in Week 6. The Bills look to continue their fine start while the Giants are looking to bounce back from an embarrassing home loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Look for the Bills to pester Giants quarterback Eli Manning into making mistakes. The Bills are full of confidence and they'll be victorious come Sunday because of the efforts of Ryan Fitzpatrick and Fred Jackson.
Things will be uncomfortable for Giants fans as the team heads into their bye week in Week 7.
Bills by a touchdown.
No. 1: Philadelphia Eagles (-1.5) at Washington Redskins
9 of 9The Philadelphia Eagles are by far the most disappointing team in the NFL to this point. At 1-4 and with their bye week coming next week, the Eagles are in a dire situation. Being 1-5 at their bye week would be certain doom.
The Eagles head to Washington, D.C., to face the rival Redskins, who are looking strong at 3-1 and are fresh off their bye week. The Redskins have a top-tier defense and don't look to bow down to the Eagles. They also have strong running game and the Eagles are allowing 30th in rushing defense.
Something has to change and it will this week, Andy Reid will have the give the speech of a lifetime and inspire his players.
The Eagles will have their hands full but with their backs against the wall, they ultimately win by 13.
It's now or never for the Eagles.
