Week 7 College Football Picks: Predicting the Biggest Upsets
It's another week in college football, and that means another week of more upsets. Last week we had Virginia Tech and Kansas State suffer a scare, but the main upset of the week was Wake Forest knocking off Florida State.
There are several marquee matchups this week and plenty of ranked teams that could lose and shake up the rankings.
Here are a few upsets that will happen in Week 7 of the college football season.

San Diego State Aztecs over Air Force Falcons
1 of 3Let's start this off with an early game that takes place on Thursday.
The Air Force Falcons are a seven-point favorite at home, but I believe the Aztecs are the better team and should win this game.
Air Force really only does one thing right and that is running the ball. They have no passing game at all and one of the worst defenses in the country, which gives up 34 points per game.
The Aztecs can run the ball with their running back Ronnie Hillman, but they also play much better defense than the Flacons do.
San Diego State already beat a great running team in Navy and kept things close against Michigan. I'll take the more balanced team in the Aztecs.
San Diego State wins: 37-23
Wake Forest over Virginia Tech
2 of 3It's like these teams switched before the season started.
Wake Forest is a solid 4-1 and is coming off a major upset over Florida State last week. Meanwhile, Virginia Tech hasn't looked good at all, getting dominated by Clemson and barely beating East Carolina and Miami.
The Hokies have the pieces in place to be a great team, but, for whatever reason, they don't show it on the football field.
Wake Forest has no running game, but quarterback Tanner Price can throw the ball with the best of them. He has thrown for over 250 yards in four out of five games.
Virginia Tech is the more talented team, but they haven't shown much this season. I'll go with the team that has and the team that is at home.
Wake Forest wins: 28-25
Arizona State over Oregon
3 of 3This pick mainly has to do with the status of Oregon running back LaMichael James.
If James is going to play, the Ducks will win. If not, the Ducks lose almost any shot of competing for the Pac-12 Championship as they will lose their second game of the season.
The Ducks have depth at the running back position, but none are as good or as experienced as James. We also have seen quarterback Darron Thomas without him in the lineup. He looks confused and lost without the star next to his side.
Arizona State is more than capable of putting points on the board with Brock Oseweiler and company. They also play great defense by giving up less than 20 points per contest.
The Sun Devils are not a bad team at all and will be more than ready for this huge matchup. If the Ducks are without their best player, I see ASU pulling off the upset.
Arizona State wins: 35-32
