Oklahoma Sooners vs Texas Longhorns: 5 Bold Predictions for Saturday's Game
The Red River Rivalry is one of the greatest games in all of college football. This Saturday will be the 106th game in the rivalry as the No.3 Oklahoma Sooners take on the No.11 Texas Longhorns.
This should just be another great game to add to the history and it will have a huge impact on how things will turn out in the Big-12.
Here are five bold predictions for this huge matchup.

Case McCoy Will Throw for at Least 250 Yards
1 of 5Who cares if he is only a sophomore and hasn't started many games in his young career.
The kid has skills and will develop into a solid quarterback once he gains a little more experience.
You can see with each game that goes by he picks up more confidence and his play improves.
This is the type of game that can either make or break the Longhorns season and make or break McCoy's career as a starting quarterback.
If McCoy does throw for 250 yards it will by far be the best game of his young career and a new career high.
His brother went 3-1 against the Sooners in his four year career and Case will do his part to give the Longhorns a chance as well.
Special Teams Will Be a Huge Part of This Game
2 of 5The most underrated unit in sports usually plays a big role in football games and in this contest it will be no different.
If you watched the Oklahoma game last week against Ball State they fumbled a punt return, missed a field goal and they let the Cardinals cover an onside kick.
Those type of miscues could cost you a game, especially against a team as talented as the Longhorns.
Trey Franks for Oklahoma and Marquise Goodwin for Texas are some fine return men and could take one the distance if they're not careful.
Whether it is a missed field goal or a big play, whoever is better at special teams on Saturday will win this game.
Landry Jones Will Throw Three Interceptions
3 of 5If Landry Jones has shown us anything this year, it's that defenses can get to him and rattle his cage.
Once Jones feels the pressure he forces the ball and it often ends in a bad result.
He has already thrown five interceptions this season, including two games where he threw two picks.
Both Florida State and Missouri were able to generate pressure and force a lot of bad throws.
With the big physical defense front that Texas has you can bet they will try to get to Jones early and often.
Malcolm Brown Will Rush for over 100 Yards
4 of 5Malcolm Brown has all of the features that you look for in a running back. He is big, he has tackle breaking ability and he is extremely balanced.
Only a freshman he has already rushed for 327 yards on just 67 carries.
His production goes up with every game and you can see he is getting more comfortable playing in this offense.
The Longhorns may rely more on Brown in this game and I believe he will deliver.
The Sooners are giving up an average of 129 rushing yards a game but against good running backs like the ones Missouri have they gave up over 200 in that game alone.
Malcolm Brown will make his presence felt and will be introduced to the college football world on Saturday.
Texas Will Pull off the Upset
5 of 5It is a bold prediction article after all.
The main reason is like I said in slide three. I believe that the Longhorns front seven will be able to generate pressure on Landry Jones and force a couple of mistakes.
Jones has shown over the past couple of weeks that he does not handle pressure well and will make bad decisions when rattled.
I also think that when you have a young team like the Longhorns and nobody expects you to win, you become a dangerous team.
Texas doesn't really have any expectations to fulfill because very few give them a shot in this game.
Call me crazy but I'll take Texas to pull off the most impressive victory of the weekend.
