San Diego State vs. Michigan: Last Minute Spread Info and Predictions
The Brady Hoke era at Michigan has gotten off to a good start. The Wolverines won a thriller against Notre Dame in Week 2, which was sandwiched between convincing wins against Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan.
Now, he'll be facing a familiar opponent in San Diego State. Hoke led the Aztecs for the last two seasons, where he had a 13-12 record.
Like Michigan, San Diego State comes into this game with a 3-0 record. They beat Army 23-20, which was in between convincing wins against Cal Poly and Washington State.
Something has to give on Saturday. Michigan is playing their fourth of five consecutive home games to start the season.

Spread
Michigan comes into the game as 10.5 point favorites, according to betonline.com. While this game does have potential to be a "trap game" for the Wolverines, I see them winning this one and covering the spread in the process.
Over/Under
Judging by what these offenses have done, the over/under of 57 wouldn't seem to be too much of a problem. This is the toughest game that each team has faced at this point of the year.
Realistically, 57 is a pretty fair number. I'll say that they will go over, but I can see it going the other way pretty easily.
Key Injuries
San Diego State WR Larry Clark (knee) is questionable.
San Diego State S Brandon Davis (neck) is out.
San Diego State WR Ezell Ruffin (academics), CB Josh Wade (Achilles), WR Dominique Sandifer (knee), WR Jay Waddell (knee), DT Neil Spencer (academics) and WR Anthony Sheffield (academics) are all out for the season.
Michigan RB Stephen Hopkins (elbow), LB Cam Gordon (back) and LB Brandon Herron (leg) are questionable.
Michigan LB Marell Evans (eligibility) is out.
Michigan WR Darryl Stonum (discipline) and P Will Hagerup (suspension) are out for the year.
BCS/Top 25 Poll Implications
Michigan is No. 22 in the AP and No. 21 in the USA Today poll. They must win to stay ranked. A win would at least earn them Top 15 consideration.
San Diego State is unranked, but has received votes in both polls. A win here could possibly move them into the Top 25.
Keys to San Diego State Win
Quarterback Ryan Lindley and running back Ronnie Hillman have been a strong duo to start the season. They will need to control the game offensively and make big plays.
Keys to Michigan Win
If they don't turn the ball over and allow Denard Robinson makes big plays, Michigan will win this one convincingly. The Wolverines need to buy time for Robinson.
Prediction
Michigan has too much firepower. This wouldn't be the upset of the century, but Denard Robinson is too talented and too dangerous. San Diego State will stay close for a while, but Michigan will emerge victorious.
