Conference Realignment: Oklahoma, Texas, A&M, Pitt & SU—Where Everyone's Going
Just when you thought that the college football realignment mess was going to take a backseat to the football season, a new can of worms has opened up.
Texas A&M wants to join the SEC, and now Syracuse and Pittsburgh have already decided to leave the Big East. What's next? This is only the beginning.
Here is my guess of where every team will end up, but my guess is just as good as yours.
Oklahoma and Texas Join and Create Pac-16
1 of 4There are already reports out there that both Oklahoma and Texas are looking to leave. A decision could come out as soon as today, with meetings planned until a deal gets finalized.
Pac-12 officials are also looking for ways to make it possible for Texas to bring the Longhorn Network with them as the make the move.
Here is what the Pac-16 would look like, with two teams expected to be added later.

Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Kansas State and Oklahoma State Create SEC-16
2 of 4The SEC is looking for quality teams to join their conference and pair up with Texas A&M. They could just pick one, but it looks like every conference will become a 16-team conference.
Texas Tech will be brought along to have a rivalry with Texas A&M, and Kansas State has a solid fanbase and a long history.
The additions of these teams will not only expand the SEC geographically and expand their recruiting areas, but it would also open up for a larger television market.

Notre Dame, Boise State, Missouri and Pittsburgh Create Big 16
3 of 4Missouri Notre Dame will be forced to join a conference. After spending years as a independent, they are no longer the force they used to be. Notre Dame's contract with NBC ends in 2015, and once that ends, the Irish will lose a lot of revenue. They should take advantage of this and join a conference now.
Boise State will finally have some competition to their schedule. Pittsburgh would fall in place and bring back the rivalry with Penn State, and Missouri would follow because there is really nowhere left for them to go.

Pittsburgh, Syracuse, UCONN and Rutgers Create ACC 16
4 of 4Pittsburgh and Syracuse both pulled a surprise over the weekend and left the Big East for the ACC. But there are now reports that Maryland and Duke are meeting privately to discuss expanding to 16 teams.
UCONN and Rutgers make the most sense geographically, and both are nice up-and-coming programs.
