Tottenham vs. Liverpool: Reds Will Bounce Back After Stoke City Loss
What a painful day it was for Liverpool fans as they watched their club fall on the road to Stoke City in what should have been an easy victory for the club.
OK, maybe it shouldn't have been too much of a surprise. Stoke City just has Liverpool's number, plain and simple. The Reds are 0-2-2 in their last four trips to Britannia Stadium; that's not going to get the job done.
Making matters worse, things haven't gone well for the Reds against Tottenham in the two years. They are just 1-3 and have lost both matches at White Hart Lane.

So, why exactly will the Reds come away with a victory? Maybe it's a hunch? Or maybe the Reds are just a better side?
There is no question it's the latter.
Tottenham escaped their Europa League match with PAOK Salonika with a 0-0 draw today despite being dominated for much of the match. They survived both a missed penalty and a shot off the post to come away with a point.
Tottenham hasn't impressed anyone this year. They beat Wolverhampton, so what? The majority of the English Premier League could knock off Wolverhampton without much difficulty.
They were smoked on the road by Manchester United, and were dominated by Manchester City at home. The Spurs defense just isn't very good.
They stand no chance of defending Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez for 90 minutes. They are just too good, and should have no problem converting multiple goals.
There will be no upset here, this will be an easy victory for the Reds.
