College Football Week 3 TV Schedule: Complete TV Listings and Live Stream Info
Welcome back to another week of the College Football Ultimate Television Viewing Guide for the third week of the 2011 season. Well, the second week is long gone and this week we really didn’t learn anything that we didn’t already know.
For example: We already knew that Alabama has a great defense and Penn State has a horrible offense.
We already knew that Georgia and Mississippi State have a way of losing close games against South Carolina and Auburn.
And we already knew that college stadiums love chanting along (oooooo-o-o-o-o-ooooo-oooooo) with the White Stripes “Seven Nation Army.”
Seriously is it just me or is that song becoming very annoying now. And when has the Big Ten become the SEC with their pom-poms?
But this week, I want to devote a “Zip-It-Up” portion of this TV Guide.
Zip-it-up, Notre Dame. We heard you before the season about how your program is back. Now you’re sitting at 0-2 possibly 0-3, as this week you’re playing No. 15 Michigan State.
Zip-it-up, Auburn detractors. Yes, the defense cannot stop anyone that has a good running game. But you know what, they’re 2-0. They’re winning close games and they’re putting together an eight to 10 win season.
Zip-it-up, Texas fans. Hey, guess what, your quarterback Garrett Gilbert is awful. It’s not something new, as he was awful last year. So why is it now your starting to boo the offense? Don’t worry, your fears will soon be over as Colt McCoy’s little brother will get his shot soon enough.
And finally.
Zip-it-up, Tino Sunseri. Don’t go on Twitter after the game and say “a win’s a win no matter what.” No touchdowns and two interceptions against Maine doesn’t give you the right to be happy with that win.
Week 3 starts on Thursday and we have one heck of a game to start this week off. LSU travels to Mississippi State in one of the best Thursday Night games ever.
Check out the table below to see what time and what channel your team happens to be playing on. And check out the table below to plan your Thursday through Saturday television plans.
