Oregon Football: 10 Must Haves for Oregon Fans Entering the 2011 Season
With the start of the 2011 college football season less then two weeks away, Oregon fans must make sure that they are prepared.
While players go through practice and preparation on the field, Ducks fans begin to go through their own preparation off the field.
Here is a look at 10 things that no Ducks fan should find themselves without when the season kicks off September 3rd.
O Time Anthem
1 of 10At the start of August, Oregon Ducks fans began to join a movement known as "O Time."
Song writer and artist, XILE, released this video that was made to capture the spirit and attitude of all Oregon fans.
Throughout the video, former Oregon legends and much loved Ducks cheerleaders can be spotted supporting this movement.
During the song, we are reminded that "It's not a college its a culture."
2011 and 2012 Oregon Football Desk Calender
2 of 10Another must have for Ducks fans is the 2011 or upcoming 2012 Oregon desk football calender. This product may be new to Ducks fans since this particular calender was just released last year for the first time.
Wes Sieker came up with the idea and has put together a calender that spans the modern era of Oregon football, reaching back to the 1989 Independence Bowl.
Each day reveals a new moment in Oregon history or showcases a former Ducks player with amazing photography and detailed captions.
Make sure to lock up your copy and get ready for 365 days of Ducks football.
Frosty Mug
3 of 10When the Ducks hit the road during the fall, Ducks fans will be at home cheering them on and will need a solid option for their beverage of choice.
Pick up your favorite mug, throw it in the freezer and get it ready for kickoff.
Raise the Flag
4 of 10Now that we are weeks away from the start of the season, Ducks fans need to make sure that the flags are back out and flying high.
Football
5 of 10Whether you are at the game tailgating or in the backyard with some friends or family, an Oregon football is a must have for any Ducks to toss around.
To make things even better, kids can bring them into the game and toss the ball around on the field after another Ducks victory.
New Oregon Jersey
6 of 10One of the benefits of being an Oregon fan is that the jersey options are unlimited. Oregon has a ton of great looking jerseys available to fans so it is up to you to decide what color and number you want to support this fall.
I Love My Ducks
7 of 10I love my Ducks is a craze that has been alive and well since the Ducks went to the Rose Bowl in 2009.
Local artists, Supwitchugirl, have put out songs the last two years that have resulted in one of the more successful shirt campaigns for Oregon.
All around Eugene, you can see people showing that they love their Ducks.
Man Cave Ready for Away Games
8 of 10Once that mug for your beverage of choice is ready, every fan wants to get into the zone and prepare for an Oregon game.
Regardless of the setup you may have, make sure it is ready for September 3rd.
