Arsenal Transfer Rumours: Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri and the Latest Buzz

Justin WeltonJun 7, 2018

Arsene Wegner and Arsenal are getting closer and closer to seeing Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri's departure.

Some of the latest buzz around the web see both Fabregas and Nasri leaving Arsenal for other squads.

If Arsenal can't claim at least one of these two outstanding players they will be in trouble for the upcoming campaign. What makes this situation worse is the fact that the English Premier League is just days away.

No 3: Samir Nasri

Samir Nasri has been one of the best players on Arsenal during his tenure. He has done nothing but improve year after year.

The latest rumor has Nasri on his way out of Arsenal. Teammate Marouane Chamakh made comments recently about Nasri and he believes that he will be gone.

"Samir is now in a situation where he has one year left on his contract, so if they don't sell him out this summer he will leave for free at the end of the season," said Chamakh.

Leaving for free is the biggest component to this equation. This is something that Arsene Wegner does not want to see happening.

Arsenal would have probably made these transfers happen sooner, but they haven't been able to find solid replacements.

Then again, it will be tough to replace a player like Nasri.

No 2: Ryo Miyaichi

Arsenal has won a work permit for Japan's Ryo Miyaichi. He will most likely be the replacement for Samir Nasri.

Those will be tough shoes to fill.

Miyaichi is just 18 years of age. Arsene Wegner continues to not spend money to get seasoned veterans to help the team, but instead will dig deep for youthful talent and hope for the best.

There is no question that Miyaichi is a great player, and will be for years to come, but if the Gunners want to win sooner rather than later then they should be focused on getting help in central defense. That is where they lack quality.

Miyaichi will attempt to fill the void that Nasri will leave, but that void may never be completely full.

No 1: Cesc Fabregas

Cesc Fabregas is one of the best midfielders in the world. If he left Arsenal, there is no question that the Gunners will lose a key player on a top-flight English Premier League squad.

He has been believed to be on his way out of North London for the longest time now. Fabregas is from Barcelona, therefore many suspected that he would take his talents to Spain.

Arsenal striker Marouane Chamakh believes that Fabregas will play for another squad in 2011-12.

Chamakh is in the locker room, he knows the feeling around the Gunners. If he feels that Fabregas will be out then I believe him.
