Manchester City seem to be making some last-ditch efforts in their pursuit of Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri.
Nasri, who is on his final year of contract, has been in the center of transfer speculation in this transfer window along with Gunners captain Cesc Fabregas.
Nasri is entering his final year of contract and has not signed a new contract yet. If Arsenal do not sell him now, He may leave on a free transfer in the next transfer window.

The Arsenal midfielder has been high on manager Roberto Mancini's wish list all summer, and with the signing of Sergio Aguero complete, Nasri looks set to be City's next big-name acquisition.

But there are doubts whether the transfer would take place, as reports state that Nasri has told the Arsenal board that he is staying at the club for this season.
