Scolari Pens In Ballack Return?

Michael Ballack has been missing for Chelsea of late, following foot surgery last month. Not that he hasn’t kept himself busy in the meantime, what with his trips over to Frankfurt to rescue his role in the Germany team.

Yesterday however, the focus returned to his recovery again, with the first possible hint of a return to the Chelsea midfield. Because, with Deco’s red card against Roma ruling him out of our next Champions League game against Bordeaux, Luiz Felipe Scolari suggests “Maybe I will have players like Ballack for that game. So I will still have quality in my midfield.”

So, with our game against Bordeaux on 26^th November, it’ll be fingers crossed the German midfielder makes a swift recovery.
