Manchester City Seems the Likely Destination for Sergio Aguero

With the departure of Carlos Tevez seemingly imminent, Manchester City are in dire need of a replacement that will do the job and do it quickly.

Eden Dzeko, bought in January, is yet to adjust, and has been a disappointment.

So, the attention falls onto 24 year old Sergio Aguero.

Pacy, strong, and conveniently Argentinian, Aguero seems like a younger version of Carlos Tevez.

He would certainly be a good buy, but the question remains: Can he adjust to the Premier League?

Arsenal Enter the Race for Stewart Downing

Liverpool have made two bids for the midfielder and both have been rejected.

Thus, it seems as though Liverpool have turned their attention away from the winger momentarily, opening the door for Arsenal.

Rumours have it that Arsenal have already made contact with Villa over a potential transfer.  

Manchester United Officials to Meet Inter over Transfer of Wesley Sneider

One of the hottest properties on the market, Wesley Sneider is also one of the best attacking midfielders out there.

On his day he opens up teams, and Manchester United are keen for his signature. Officials from both sides meet in Milan on Tuesday, and a deal may well be on the cards.

However, he wont come cheaply.

Chelsea Plan ₤80 Million Double Swoop?

Chelsea are planning two transfers with a net value of ₤80 million.

Luka Modric of Tottenham has vowed to honour his contract, but Chelsea remain keen to attract his attention once more. Carlos Tevez could also be on his way to Stamford Bridge, as Chelsea look set to match City's ₤50 million asking price.

With so many strikers, Chelsea securing Tevez's signature may mean the door for Didier Drogba.

Liverpool May Sell Raul Meireles

Inter Milan and Juventus are interested in Liverpool star Raul Meireles.

After a fantastic debut season, Meireles is a key part of Liverpool's squad, but with Charlie Adam and Jordan Henderson coming in, Meireles may be forced out.

The deal would be worth ₤12 million, considerably less than what Liverpool paid for him last summer, which is surprising.
