Real Madrid and Inter Milan Reportedly in Talks Concerning Kaka
The magazine Marca reported (and was published in Soccernews.com) that Inter Milan has decided to accept the challenge from Real Madrid to purchase Kaka. Inter Milan placed its initial bid of €30 million ($43.3 million) for the Brazilian player.
Real Madrid has expressed an interest in letting Kaka go to another club, but its asking price is €40 million ($57.8 million). The reason is that the 2010-2011 La Liga season for Kaka and Real Madrid were below expectations of the Bernabeu.
Inter Milan is not the only club with a desire to acquire the services of Kaka. The following clubs have expressed an interest in Kaka: Chelsea, Sao Paulo, AC Milan and Corinthians.

The news comes after the report (June 6, 2011) when Jose Mourinho was rumored to be offering Kaka to Inter Milan for Douglas Maicon. This news segment was discredited when Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti dismissed the report as "lies" in a report from Fox Sports.
I am asking myself whether this is a longstanding rumor or the truth. I hope there is another declaration by Mourinho or Moratti concerning Kaka.
I personally think that Kaka may either go to Chelsea or to AC Milan if he is not wanted in Real Madrid.
