Miami Heat: Hey LeBron James, It's Not so Easy Winning Games After All

Tony SantorsaJun 13, 2011

Just about a year ago, when the Miami Heat held a celebration for assembling the NBA's latest big three, LeBron James had a few bold statements to make—and they were not intelligent to say the least.

James may have predicted to win several NBA titles as he obnoxiously counted off how many Miami would win as if he was a seven-year-old boy at a birthday party saying "not one, not two, not three, ect." James went on to say how "easy" it was going to be: "...once the game starts, I mean it's gonna be easy."

Hey LeBron, it's not so easy after all—you and the entire Miami Heat franchise are losers at the hands of defeat of the Dallas Mavericks. Your season is over after extremely high expectations placed on the team by your newly acquired star.

The Dallas Mavericks defeating the Miami Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals may be the greatest thing for the NBA or even the entire world of sports. Players like James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh do not deserve to be champions—they're overly cocky and have maturity levels that resemble children.

Many may predict that James will win an NBA title when he decides to hang it all up, but I have to disagree. James had displayed no characteristics of a champion during his time in the league and he's shown every sign of being a choke artist.

James cannot win when it counts, no matter how much of a team player he actually claims to be. Granted, James will be at the top of the league with assists at seven assists per game, but he is not a team player—he is the most egocentric player in all of sports.

In James' post-game press conference following the Heat's Game 6 loss, he decides to lash out at all of his haters—I've never seen the great ones like Michael Jordan and Larry Bird ever do this.

James reminds the people that are rooting for him to fail that "they all got to wake up tomorrow and have the same life that they had before they woke up today—the same personal problems that they had today."

Hey, newsflash LeBron, even if you won, all of the anti-LeBron people out there would have woken up with the exact same life the next day as well—so what is exactly your point?

I believe that it's safe to say that most of these people aren't going to be as miserable as you, my friend.

James may be the most physically gifted player to ever play the NBA, but he is far from being the greatest to ever play.

Granted, James puts up huge numbers, but he's transparent in critical situations. During Game 6, James passed on multiple shots later in the game, as he passed the ball onto Wade or someone else—and he's actually been doing this the entire season with the Heat.

Not only is James a complete joke of an NBA player, but the entire Miami Heat basketball team is a joke.

Their entire team revolves around James and Wade and then a little bit of a post-presence with Bosh. The Heat's offense is basis of isolation plays with James and Wade while mixing in a few pick and rolls with Bosh—it's a disgrace to team basketball.

All in all, the entire world should be thankful that LeBron James and the Miami Heat failed to win an NBA Title.

I guess for all the anti-LeBron fans out there, my advice to you is to continue to hate—it's obviously getting to James' head, keep it up.

James, Wade, Bosh and the entire Heat team will have an entire summer to enjoy South Beach while being the biggest failures in all of the NBA.

This is only the beginning of the great choke performances of the Miami Heat, sit back and relax.
