NBA Finals 2011: Miami Heat vs. Dallas Mavericks Game 6 Bench-Clearing Brawl
A bench-clearing brawl broke out between the Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks in Game 6 of the 2011 NBA Finals.
This would happen as soon as Eddie House gets some meaningful minutes...
Udonis Haslem got into DeShawn Stevenson's way, and it was off. Mario Chalmers thought he weighed 50 more pounds than he does as he tried to attack Stevenson. Good thing his teammates broke it up, or he could have been lying on the court out cold.
All of the players came off the bench—well, everyone except Corey Brewer.
Technicals were handed out to DeShawn Stevenson, Udonis Haslem and Mario Chalmers. The NBA obviously will review the tape to see if any further discipline will be taken.
Hopefully, for the sake of competition, no one will be suspended for Game 7—if there's a Game 7.
DeShawn Stevenson could play the role of Ron Artest. LeBron James would be the guy to land a haymaker and then run to the other side of the court. Maybe we'd even see Jeff Van Gundy run out from behind the scorer's table and hop on to Tyson Chandler's leg.
