 Falcao offer tabled by the Gunners

According to a report on the ever-reliable Goal.com, Arsenal and Tottenham have both tabled bids for the Colombian international sensation FC Porto player Radamel Falcao. The company that represents him has confirmed the report. Falcao has a buyout clause of around 30 million pounds.
