What better way to summarize spring practices than with a "tweet."
Catching up with Notre Dame, Oregon and Ohio State football in 140 characters or less is a tall task, but it can be done.
It's too bad Penn State is not in the top 25; there is potential for some interesting JoePa tweets there.
