AC Milan: Rossoneri Looking Ready to Beat Rivals Inter to Scudetto, Ganso
With four games remaining and an eight point gap between them and their arch-rivals, AC Milan look poised to win Serie A for the first time since the 2003-04 triumph.
Milan have been unstoppable this season, losing only four and drawing eight in 34 matches thus far. They are 2-0 against Inter Milan and outscored them a combined 4-0 during their two encounters. One more potential match-up remains if both make the Coppa Italia Final.
Much of their success is owed to the play of some Brazilian superstars. Forwards Pato and Robinho and defender Thiago Silva have been phenomenal for Milan this season in pursuit of an 18th Scudetto.

The Brazilian trio may soon become a foursome.
It seems at this point in time that Milan are in the clear in terms of acquiring Santos midfielder Paulo Henrique on a permanent deal.
Henrique, better known as Ganso, is one of the most sought after youngsters in the world, along with fellow Brazilian and Santos teammate Neymar.
A move for the 21-year old appears imminent at the moment. Many factors point towards Ganso having his mind made up on the imminent Italian champions.
"My future is in Italy. Milan or Inter? I do not know yet,” Ganso told Sky a few weeks ago. “I feel I could be an useful asset for either side but all I can say right now is that my future is in Italy.”
He has been in contact with Brazilians at both club. Reports claim that he has had more contact with Robinho and Thiago Silva than Leonardo and the band of Brazilians at Inter. He reportedly was also rooting for AC Milan in the 3-0 derby win.
Before this week, we only had these couple examples to go on as conjecture. Now, ESPN Soccernet is citing reports from ANSA and Gazetta dello Sport saying that a group of agents representing Ganso have arrived in Milan, where they were met by Adriano Galliani and Milan sporting director Ariedo Braida. It appears that now, it is a matter of numbers. As long as numbers don't cause an issue, Ganso will be a Diavolo.
Milan have already reportedly landed one player this summer, signing Taye Taiwo at left back. With his addition and Ganso in midfield, Milan could be looking at yet another title. Maybe a double or treble is a realistic goal for next year.
