New England Patriots Out Played, Out Coached, Out Classed
Now that the New England Patriots have lost a game and lost pretty big, the questions are flying around this team and with a bye week upon the Pats, will this be a distraction?
One may wonder if Tom Brady, who has yet to make a public statement about his injury and involvement with the team, if he should make a statement backing his team and giving confidence to the fan base? This may take a lot of the focus off of the Patriots to go out and do their job?
The Patriots didn't play well in any phase of the game yesterday against the Miami Dolphins. They were out played on offense, defense and special teams. They were definitely out coached and I can't see Belchick disagreeing with this statement.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Which leads me to think that the Patriots got beat with their own game plan. When Charlie Wise was the offensive coordinator for the Patriots, the Patriots won their games with all kinds of offensive plays. I like the way the Miami Dolphins put in their play book the direct snap to the running back and the running backs running directly at the Patriots rookies (Brandon Meriweather) on defense. This is how the Patriots used to beat teams when Charlie Weis was running the offense. With plays that defenses were not ready for.
I am not trying to say that Josh McDaniels, the current Patriots Offensive Coordinator, is to blame for yesterdays shellacking, however, maybe the Patriots need to start to put in place more of an offensive game plan and start out smarting other teams who feel they have the Patriots read of their offense.
I am not as concerned about the offense as I am of the defense. The defense looked slow, old/young and just couldn't keep up with what Miami was throwing at them.
It will be a long two weeks of practice and the San Francisco game can't get here quick enough to help put his loss behind them.
