The IWC's Dream Pay-Per-View Card: The Results (with Random Video)

On Tuesday, I published an article, asking you for your dream pay-per-view matches.

The 10 most popular matches made the final card, although no wrestler is on the card twice.

As a result of this, some big names, including John Cena and Randy Orton missed the card completely. I originally wasn't counting matches with Chris Jericho and Sting, until I was convinced otherwise.

I will list the full results at the end of the slideshow. Since it's very difficult for a group of people to agree on matches, let alone stipulations, I will add stipulations to these matches. 

Note: The champions in these matches aren't the current champions, this is fantasy.

My Addition: WWE Tag Team and TNA Tag Team Championship Unification TLC Match

The Motor City Machine Guns vs. Beer Money, Ultimate X Match

The Hardy Boyz Vs. Beer Money Vs. The Motor City Machine Guns Vs. Generation Me.

The reason why I added this match is because nobody could agree on which tag teams should face off, so I chose for you. It's the only match I added, because this card was lacking a tag team match.

These are the best four tag teams that could be put together without interfering in the IWC's voting process.

Generation Me has been compared to the Hardy Boyz, while the Motor City Machine Guns and Beer Money have a long history together.

This would easily be a five-star match and yes, all these teams are from TNA.

10. Ultimate X Match, X-Division Championship: Amazing Red (c) Vs. Evan Bourne

This match involves both Bourne (Sydal) and Red in TNA

This match had four votes, coming in at tenth on the card. Both Amazing Red and Evan Bourne are very mis-used wrestlers and this match would be a great show starter. 

I think Bourne would be the winner here, because I'd say he's a little bit better. I may think that because I've watched a lot more of Bourne than I have Red.

Regardless of who I think is better, this would be a terrific match and one that TNA and WWE are missing nowadays.

9. Street Fight: Samoa Joe Vs. Triple H

The last part of Triple H vs. Umaga in a Lumberjack match in 2007.

I thought this was kind of a random match. These are two great wrestlers, but I think both guys could be placed in much better matches and feuds.

I would compare this to the matches Triple H and Umaga had—"The Game" versus the best Samoan wrestler at the time.

This would be a great opportunity to get Joe over, but I doubt that would happen.  

8.TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships: The Beautiful People (c) Vs Lay-Cool

Was this a message to Lay-Cool?

As we all know, Lay-Cool and The Beautiful People are very similar. In fact, most think the WWE formed Lay-Cool because of The Beautiful People. 

This would work well with Velvet Sky and Angelina Love currently faces and Layla and Michelle McCool as heels.

I would say The Beautiful People win, because they are the better stable. 

7. Last Man Standing Match: Matt Morgan Vs. Sheamus

If I can find a picture of these two, why can't I find a match?

The purpose of this is simple: two powerhouses facing off in a Last Man Standing Match.

This is what Vince McMahon drools over, so this is just for him.

I have no doubt that Sheamus is better than Matt Morgan, so he'd probably win.

6. The Streak Vs. Career: The Undertaker Vs. Sting

Sting vs. Bruiser Mastino (Kane), Undertaker's brother, in WCW

Most seem to want this to be WrestleMania, so why not? The Undertaker putting his streak on the line versus Sting in his first WrestleMania. 

It's just perfect, but I wish these two could of had this match when they were both in there prime.

I'd be shocked if anybody breaks The Undertaker's streak, so the deadman retires Sting.

5. WWE Championship and TNA Championship: Unification Tables Match

Yep, I went the video game route.

The Miz vs. Mr. Anderson:

The battle of the bigmouths. The battle of the current WWE and TNA Champions.

I love this match.

It's hard to believe the WWE never took advantage of having these two on the same roster, but both were heels and The Miz wasn't nearly as far along as he is now.

I think Anderson is better in-ring and because of that, he'd pick up the win and the newly unified WWE and TNA championship.

One thing is for sure—the mic work in this fued would be awesome.

4. Two Out Of Three Falls, Submissions Only Match: Kurt Angle Vs. Jack Swagger

The WWE seems to want to make Jack Swagger the next Kurt Angle.

Think about it.

An American gimmick? Check. An ankle-lock finisher? Check. A cocky heel attitude (when Angle is a  heel?) Check.

They are very similar and this would be a great match. Swagger wins as a passing of the torch.

3. Falls Count Anywhere Match: AJ Styles Vs. John Morrison

AJ Styles vs. Low Ki vs. Jerry Lynn for the X-Division Title

The feud might not be too great since neither one has very good mic skills, but to be honest, who would care?

The matches would more than make up for that. The matches would be amazing, I don't really care who wins it.

These two have never crossed paths, like Angle and Swagger before, so was once again I was left digging for video—I decided to post an awesome AJ Styles match. 

2. Buried Alive Match: Kane Vs. Abyss

Some more video game action, go figure.

Abyss is TNA's version of a masked Kane. Plain and simple.

Abyss and Kane have very similar traits, the biggest one being that they are both supposedly monsters.

Hopefully Abyss will never be unmasked like Kane was.

My guess would be that Kane wins this.

1. World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match: Edge (c) Vs. Christian

Edge vs. Christian for the IC Title: Unforgiven 2001

Edge and Christian: The match the IWC most wants to see happen.

They have quite a history together and are both fantastic in the ring and on the microphone.

A ladder match is just the icing on the cake for these two.
