Bowl Schedule 2010-11: A Way Too Early Preseason Poll For 2011
The 2010-2011 Bowl Games are yet to get underway, but it's never too early to take a look at the rankings for next season.
This year, we saw the Boise State Broncos continuing to surprise everyone despite their unparalleled success on the gridiron.
Additionally, Cam Newton and the Auburn Tigers put the college football world on notice with their explosive offense and dynamic style of play.
There were teams like the UConn Huskies that nobody saw coming, but everyone knew well by the end of the regular season.
It seems that each week a new surprise team enters the rankings, further illustrating that any team can come away with a W when it means most.
Like it or not, the BCS rankings dictate who comes out on top in the college football realm, so fans and teams alike will need to learn to live with the imperfect system.
With Joe Paterno returning to Penn State for yet another season, the Nittany Lions will find themselves back in the Top 25 after a very disappointing season.
Heisman Trophy winner Cam Newton is all but certain to leave Auburn, which slides their stock considerably. Can the Florida Gators turn it around in the post-Urban era?
