Before the 2010-11 season began I predicted all 82 games for every single team, game by game. It was fun to attempt to predict the season.

Here, I show where I predicted the teams would be, at this point, and what really happened.

Biggest Surprise: Indiana Pacers +8 Wins More Than My Prediction

1 of 30

PHOENIX - DECEMBER 03: Mike Dunleavy #17 of the Indiana Pacers during the NBA game against the Phoenix Suns at US Airways Center on December 3, 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona. The Suns defeated the Pacers 105-97. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and

Indiana is my big surprise of the season so far.

At this point I predicted Indiana would be at 2-18. I went through each of their games and thought the schedule would be tough for the constantly rebuilding team. They are at 10-10 now and playing better defense than I thought possible thanks to Roy Hibbert.

And Danny Granger is not injured...yet.

Oklahoma City Thunder +5 Wins More Than My Prediction

2 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - NOVEMBER 03: Jeff Green #22 of the Oklahoma City Thunder shoots over Chris Kaman #35 of the Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center on November 3, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees tha

Don't get me wrong, I love the Thunder and Kevin Durant but while going through their early schedule I thought they'd have some trouble.

I thought they'd be at 10-13 but they are at 15-8. Good sign?

Dallas Mavericks +4 Wins More Than My Prediction

3 of 30

DALLAS - NOVEMBER 27: Shawn Marion #0 of the Dallas Mavericks drives by Chris Bosh #1 of the Miami Heat on November 27, 2010 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading and or

The Mavs have proved me wrong by going 17-4 when I thought they'd be at 13-8.

I knew they'd be good but I thought they were too old to be THIS good at this point. Go Mavs!

San Antonio Spurs +3 Wins More Than My Prediction

4 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - DECEMBER 01: Richard Jefferson #24 of the San Antonio Spurs dribbles around Baron Davis #5 of the Los Angeles Clippers at the Staples Center on December 1, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and
    Harry How/Getty Images

The Spurs were too old when I analyzed their early schedule.

They are sitting pretty at 18-3 and I predicted they'd be a still good 15-6. They still amaze me.

New Orleans Hornets +3 Wins More Than My Prediction

5 of 30

NEW ORLEANS, LA - DECEMBER 08: David West #30 of the New Orleans Hornets shoots the ball over Jason Maxiell #54 of the Detroit Pistons at the New Orleans Arena on December 8, 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and
    Chris Graythen/Getty Images

I thought it was over for the Hornets and that possibly Chris Paul would be hurt or gone, but they exceeded my expectations, especially in the first 10 games.

I thought they'd be at 11-10 and they are at 14-7.

Washington Wizards +3 Wins More Than My Prediction

6 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - DECEMBER 07: John Wall #2 of the Washington Wizards blocks a shot by Derek Fisher (L) #2 of the Los Angeles Lakers in the second half at Staples Center on December 7, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The Lakers defeated the Wizards 115-
    Jeff Gross/Getty Images

Yeah, they still suck but I thought they'd be even worse.

Maybe John Wall is the reason.

I thought they'd be at 3-18 but they are at 6-15.

New Jersey Nets +3 Wins More Than My Prediction

7 of 30

ATLANTA, GA - DECEMBER 07: Zaza Pachulia #27 of the Atlanta Hawks battles for a rebound against Brook Lopez #11 of the New Jersey Nets at Philips Arena on December 7, 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, b
    Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images

The Nets are competing more this year due to a maturity I thought would not be there.

Also, Devin Harris actually seems to care this year.

I thought they'd be at 3-19 and they are at 6-16.

Utah Jazz +2 Wins More Than My Prediction

8 of 30

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - DECEMBER 8: Al Jefferson #25 of the Utah Jazz shoots the ball during a game against the Miami Heat during the second half of an NBA game December 8, 2010 at Energy Solutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Heat beat the Jazz 111-9
    George Frey/Getty Images

I thought the Jazz would have problems because of a tough early schedule but they have won a few big ones so far.

I predicted they'd be at 14-9 but they are 16-7.

Kirilenko is actually doing good, for now.

New York Knicks +2 Wins More Than My Prediction

9 of 30

NEW YORK, NY - NOVEMBER 30: Amar'e Stoudemire #1 of the New York Knicks high fives teammate Raymond Felton #2l against the New Jersey Nets on November 30, 2010 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agree
    Nick Laham/Getty Images

NY has seen it's ups and downs already but I thought they'd have a tougher time adjusting.

I thought they'd be at 12-11 but they are at 14-9.

    Thanks Amare.

Golden State Warriors + 2 Wins More Than My Prediction

10 of 30

The Warriors still suck but I thought they'd suck even worse.

I give credit to Monta Ellis for accepting Stephen Curry.

I thought they'd be at 6-16 but they are 8-14.

Detroit Pistons +2 Wins More Than My Prediction

11 of 30

NEW ORLEANS, LA - DECEMBER 08: Head coach John Keuster of the Detroit Pistons talks with his team during a time out against the New Orleans Hornets at the New Orleans Arena on December 8, 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana. NOTE TO USER: User expressly ackn
    Chris Graythen/Getty Images

I love Detroit (the team, not the city) but I thought they'd be even worse than they actually are.

I predicted they'd be at 5-18 but they are at 7-16.

Minnesota Timberwolves +2 Wins More Than My Prediction

12 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - NOVEMBER 09: Michael Beasley #8 of the Minnesota Timberwolves drives past Matt Barnes #9 of the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on November 9, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The Lakers won 99-94. NOTE TO USER: User expressly ac
    Stephen Dunn/Getty Images

The Wolves never cease to piss me off, but this year so far they have gone 5-17 when I thought they'd be at 3-19.

    Good job guys...sorta.

Boston Celtics +1 Win More Than My Prediction

13 of 30

BOSTON, MA - DECEMBER 08: Kevin Garnett #5 of the Boston Celtics consoles teammate Glen Davis #11 after Davis got in scuffle with Arron Afflalo of the Denver Nuggets on December 8, 2010 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Celtics defeated the

The Celtics will be awesome, I know that, but I thought they'd be at 16-5 but they are at 17-4.

No big surprise to me really.

Philadelphia 76ers +1 Win More Than My Prediction

14 of 30

MIAMI - NOVEMBER 26: Forward Marreese Speights #16 of the Philadelphia 76ers dunks against the Miami Heat at American Airlines Arena on November 26, 2010 in Miami, Florida. The Heat defeated the 76ers 99-90. (Photo by Marc Serota/Getty Images)
    Marc Serota/Getty Images

I knew they had major problems, and they do.

They might even lose their most exciting player but I though they'd be at 6-15 when they are currently at 7-14.

    They still bite.

Chicago Bulls: My Prediction Was Correct

15 of 30

CHICAGO, IL - DECEMBER 01: Joakim Noah #13 of the Chicago Bulls goes up for a shot against Dwight Howard #12 of the Orlando Magic at the United Center on December 1, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois. The Magic defeated the Bulls 107-78. NOTE TO USER: User expres
    Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images

I went through each team and each game and I thought the Bulls would be at 12-8 and they are.

Too bad they are not better.

Milwaukee Bucks: My Prediction Was Correct

16 of 30

MILWAUKEE, WI - DECEMBER 06: Andrew Bogut #6 of the Milwaukee Bucks grabs a rebound against the Miami Heat at the Bradley Center on December 6, 2010 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Heat defeated the Bucks 88-78. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and
    Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images

I thought the Bucks would be at 8-13 and they are.

One of only four teams I predicted correctly. I also predict they will improve upon a slow start and make the playoffs.

Toronto Raptors: My Prediction Was Correct

17 of 30

MIAMI - NOVEMBER 13: Guard Dwyane Wade #3 of the Miami Heat looks to pass against DeMar DeRozan #10 of the Toronto Raptors at American Airlines Arena on November 13, 2010 in Miami, Florida. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by do
    Marc Serota/Getty Images

The Toronto Raptors are exactly where I thought they'd be at 8-14.

Uh...what more is there to say about this crappy team?

Cleveland Cavaliers: My Prediction Was Correct

18 of 30

CLEVELAND, OH - DECEMBER 02: A Fan holds up sign during a game between the Cleveland Cavaliers playing the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavliers at Quicken Loans Arena on December 2, 2010 in Cleveland, Ohio. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agree
    Gregory Shamus/Getty Images

Personally, I'm happy LeBron left but I thought the Cavs would be at 7-15 without him.

What else can be said? They could be even worse, but they should be happy with such a record.

Houston Rockets: 1 Win Less Than My Prediction

19 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - OCTOBER 26: Aaron Brooks #0 of the Houston Rockets drives with the ball against Pau Gasol #16 of the Los Angeles Lakers during their opening night game at Staples Center on October 26, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. NOTE TO USER: User
    Jeff Gross/Getty Images

The Rockets should be better, but I knew this would happen to Yao Ming.

I said they'd be at 9-12 but they are at a dangerous 8-13.

Memphis Grizzlies: 2 Wins Less Than My Prediction

20 of 30

PHOENIX - DECEMBER 08: Rudy Gay #22 of the Memphis Grizzlies reacts with Xavier Henry #13 after Gay hit the game tying three point shot against the Phoenix Suns at the end of regulation in the NBA game at US Airways Center on December 8, 2010 in Phoenix,
    Christian Petersen/Getty Images

I thought they'd be at 11-12 but they are at 9-14.

    Not a total letdown...yet.

Denver Nuggets: 2 Wins Less Than My Prediction

21 of 30

BOSTON, MA - DECEMBER 08: Chauncey Billups #1 of the Denver Nuggets heads for the basket in the second half against the Boston Celtics on December 8, 2010 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Celtics defeated the Nuggets 105-89. NOTE TO USER: U
    Elsa/Getty Images

Maybe I gave Melo too much credit for caring. He probably just wants to leave.

    Oh, well, who really cares?

They are at 13-8 and I thought they'd be at 15-6.

Orlando Magic: 2 Wins Less Than My Prediction

22 of 30

ORLANDO, FL - DECEMBER 06: Brandon Bass #30 of the Orlando Magic attempts a shot over Al Hoford #15 of the Atlanta Hawks during the game at Amway Arena on December 6, 2010 in Orlando, Florida. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by
    Sam Greenwood/Getty Images

Orlando is still good but I thought they'd be just a bit better, I thought they'd be at 17-4 but they are at 15-6.

Los Angeles Lakers: 2 Wins Less Than My Prediction

23 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - DECEMBER 08: Pau Gasol #16 of the Los Angeles Lakers shoots against the Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center on December 8, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloading an
    Stephen Dunn/Getty Images

I totally underestimated the West but I seriously thought L.A. would be at 18-4 because of their easy early schedule.

They are at 16-6, which is not bad. I thought they would be better, but Gasol is gimpy, Kobe is shooting 43%, Bynum is out and Character just sprained his ankle.

Charlotte Bobcats: 3 Wins Less Than My Prediction

24 of 30

CHARLOTTE, NC - DECEMBER 07: Carmelo Anthony #15 of the Denver Nuggets battles for a loose ball with Stephen Jackson #1 of the Charlotte Bobcats during their game at Time Warner Cable Arena on December 7, 2010 in Charlotte, North Carolina. NOTE TO USER:
    Streeter Lecka/Getty Images

For some reason I thought the Bobcats would be at 11-10 but they are at 8-13.

    Who cares? MJ? Who cares?

Atlanta Hawks: 3 Wins Less Than My Prediction

25 of 30

ORLANDO, FL - DECEMBER 06: Jason Williams #44 of the Orlando Magic guards Mike Bibby #10 of the Atlanta Hawks during the game at Amway Arena on December 6, 2010 in Orlando, Florida. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, by downloadin
    Sam Greenwood/Getty Images

I thought they'd be #1 in the East at this point, when I predicted the whole NBA season before it started.

I thought they'd be at 18-5 but they are at 15-8.

Portland Trailblazers: 3 Wins Less Than My Prediction

26 of 30

BOSTON - DECEMBER 01: LaMarcus Aldridge #12 of the Portland Trailblazers tries to shoot around Paul Pierce #34 and Kevin Garnett #5 of the Boston Celtics on December 1, 2010 at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The Celtics defeated the Trailblazers
    Elsa/Getty Images

    I thought they'd be better.

I knew Oden would suck but I thought they'd be at 13-8 and they are at 10-11. Sad.

Phoenix Suns: 4 Wins Less Than My Prediction

27 of 30

PHOENIX - DECEMBER 08: Steve Nash #13 of the Phoenix Suns reacts after Hedo Turkoglu #19 hit a go ahead three point shot in the final moments of the NBA game against the Memphis Grizzlies at US Airways Center on December 8, 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona. The
    Christian Petersen/Getty Images

Truly I thought the Suns were getting old, but not this old-and bad. I thought they'd be at 15-7 but they are at 11-11.

Nash just loves to play, win or lose.

Miami Heat: 6 Wins Less Than My Prediction

28 of 30

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - DECEMBER 8: Chris Bosh #1 of the Miami Heat falls to the ground as Francisco Elson #16 of the Utah Jazz during the second half of an NBA game December 8, 2010 at Energy Solutions Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Heat beat the Jazz 1
    George Frey/Getty Images

They have now won six in a row, which is how I thought they'd start out the season.

They had their early kinks to work out, but Bron and Wade are sick teammates, in a good way.

Watch out NBA. Somehow I thought they'd be at 21-2 but they are at 15-8.

Sacramento Kings: 6 Wins Less Than My Prediction

29 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - DECEMBER 03: (L-R) Carl Landry #24 of the Sacramento Kings is defended by Lamar Odom #7 and Steve Blake #5 of the Los Angeles Lakers during the first half at Staples Center on December 3, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The Lakers defe
    Jeff Gross/Getty Images

Sacramento sucks way more than I thought they would, and it is getting worse.

Tyreke Evans? He's putting up numbers but not wins. So much for him being like MJ and LeBron.

I thought they's be at 11-9 but they are 5-15, what flops they are.

L.A. Clippers: 7 Wins Less Than My Prediction

30 of 30

LOS ANGELES, CA - DECEMBER 08: Kobe Bryant #24 of the Los Angeles Lakers battles to control a loose ball against Eric Gordon #10 of the Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center on December 8, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The Lakers won 87-86. NOTE TO
    Stephen Dunn/Getty Images

    My most disappointing team.

Seriously, I thought they would be so much better than this and Blake Griffin would help them take it to a new level.

To me, he is one of the most exciting players in the NBA now, along with Wade, James and Shannon Brown but the team has let the rookie down.

I cannot believe they let the Lakers come back like that last night.

    Clippers STILL SUCK!!!
