Michigan Wolverines (-10.5) at Indiana Hoosiers

Saturday October 2, 2010 3:30 PM EST

Both of these Big 10 teams come in with flawless records. Michigan is a perfect 4-0 while Indiana is 3-0. The opponents that Indiana  have played fail in comparison to the opponents that Michigan has beaten. Michigan comes in ranked #19 in the nation.

The person everyone will be watching in this game is Sophomore QB Denard Robinson. His stats on the season are crazy. He has thrown for 731 yards wit 4 TDs and only 1 Int, while adding 688 yards on the ground with another 6 TDs. He did get a little banged up last week with a knee injury. The injury didn’t seem too serious as Robinson was seen running around after half time and looked like he could go back in. There was no need because this Michigan team can survive with Sophomore QB Tate Forcier who threw for 110 yards and a TD while completing 12 out of 12 passes. Senior QB Ben Chappell has looked good for the Hoosiers thus far. He has thrown for 890 yards with 9 TDs and 0 Ints.

With Indiana beating up on some poor teams, they are in for a surprise with Michigan. Denard Robinson could be used sparingly with a combination of Tate Forcier. The Wolverines offense has looked outstanding and Indiana might be shocked as to how good this offense is. From a football pick perspective, I love the Wolverines. They have it going right now and should win this game, and it could be a bigger margin of victory based on Denard Robinson’s performance and ability following his minor injury.
