I'm Baaack! Ben Roethlisberger, Santonio Holmes, and Others Coming Back To NFL
Before the NFL season began, eight players were suspended for four games.
With Week 4 behind us, it's time for them to come back, but only six of them will be able to do it this week as Edward Grant does not have a team at this moment and the Broncos have been forced to put LenDale White on injured reserve for the rest of the season.
Here's a look at the six guys who will come back and what they can and will bring to their respective teams.
Shawn Nelson, Robert James, and Gerald McRath

All three of them are young and won't bring much to their teams.
Robert James
A linebacker taken by the Atlanta Falcons in the 2008 Draft that has yet to make his NFL debut, having only played in preseason games so far.
I'm doubtful that he will play unless someone gets injured, but the Falcons have one more LB in the active roster, just in case.
Shawn Nelson
Drafted by the Buffalo Bills a year ago, he played 12 games, and grabbed 17 receptions for 156 yards and a touchdown. He also fumbled twice, losing one.
He could play some games, but he is not going to make a huge difference for the Bills.
Gerald McRath
This guy's story is just sad.
Drafted by the Titans a year ago, he was scheduled to be the starting outside linebacker in Tennessee, but the Titans rank eighth in defense this year, so it's doubtful that he'll start for them this season.
Out of these three, McRath will probably be the one that brings the most to his team and play in most of the games, maybe even start in some of them.

He's probably the only guy ever to win the NFL Defensive Rookie of the year twice and he managed to do it in the same year. He also was selected to the Pro Bowl as a starter and won the AFC Defensive Rookie of the month, Player of the Month, and Player of the Week awards.
The Texans are ranked last in defense and they desperately need to have Crushing back. He will probably play this week and there is a chance that he starts if he's in a good enough condition, because as soon as he's in condition he will be the starting OLB in Houston.
Santonio Holmes

The Jets already have one of the best defenses in the league and a consistent running game. But the addition of Holmes gives Mark Sanchez a new and powerful weapon. The former Super Bowl MVP is ready to make an impact for his new team and will play on Monday against the Vikings.
His trade was talked about since it didn't make much sense to give away such a player for just a fifth round pick (which the Steelers then traded for Bryant McFadden and a sixth round pick from Arizona who got QB John Skelton with that pick), but they were apparently tired of his off-field problems in Pittsburgh and decided to get rid of him.
He will make an immediate impact and I'm sure he wants to prove everybody who doubted him in Pittsburgh wrong.
Ben Roethlisberger

The one everybody is talking about, even though we'll have to wait a week longer to see him take the field as he comes just in time for the bye week, which I think is convenient for him since it gives him some extra time to get ready to play again.
Even though the Steelers are 3-1 the defense has won the games and they were having some problems with the QBs, not as bad as Arizona's, but they surely will welcome Big Ben with open arms.
In my opinion he will have the biggest impact in his team, starting every single game until the end of the season unless he gets injured, in which case Pittsburgh will be in trouble.
What Do You Think?

Do you think the suspensions were fair?
Are you glad/angry they get to come back?
Who do you think will have the biggest impact?
