ACC Football: Predictions for Each Week 2 Game
With the first week of the 2010 college football season concluding Monday night in Landover, MD, fans will turn their attention to some marquee Week 2 matchups.
The biggest game in lights will be Ohio State against Miami. Each school easily handled their respective Week 1 opponents, Marshall and Florida A&M, to set up their first meeting since their classic 2003 Fiesta Bowl, when OSU won the national championship in double overtime, 31-24. This week kick off is at 3:40 p.m. in Columbus.
In Tide country Nick Saban and Alabama will welcome Joe Paterno and the Nittany Lions to Tuscaloosa for the first time since 1990, when Penn State won 9-0.
To round out the trifecta of matchups, Jimbo Fisher and Florida State will pay a visit to Bob Stoops and his Sooners in Norman after their wild game with Utah State last Saturday night.
A few other storylines to watch will be the Michigan/Notre Dame game, how the USC defense bounces back after their game with Hawaii, and the Mountain State rivalry game between West Virginia and Marshall Friday night.
Get ready ACC fans. Week 2 is coming at you!
