Big East Football: Predictions For Each Conference Game During Week Two
With the first week of the 2010 college football season concluding Monday night in Landover, MD, the eyes of the fans will turn their attention to some marquee matchups on the docket for week two.
The biggest game in lights will be the Buckeyes and Hurricanes. Both easily handled their opening games against Marshall and Florida A&M to setup their first meeting since their classic 2003 National Championship game in Columbus Saturday night.
In Tide country, Nick Saban and Alabama will welcome Joe Paterno and the Nittany Lions to Tuscaloosa for the first time since 1990 when Penn State won 9-0 in a low scoring affair.
To round out the trifecta of matchups, Jimbo Fisher and Florida State will pay a visit to Bob Stoops and his Sooners in Norman after their wild game with Utah State last Saturday night.
A few other story lines to watch would be the Michigan/Notre Dame game, how does the USC defense bounce back after their game with Hawaii, and the Mountain state rivalry between West Virginia and Marshall Friday night.
