Michigan Tuesday: Big Man Visit Day

Big House BobJul 13, 2010

Michigan is expecting three big offensive lineman in Ann Arbor today from the class of 2011.

Jake Fisher, Traverse City

Jake has been lighting up camps and seen his stock raise to a four-star player on Scouts. He is 6'7'', 250 pounds.  It seems to be a battle between MSU and Michigan, and he will be stopping in East Lansing on the drive down from TC.  Jake is on "commit watch," and it would be great if he did it today while in Ann Arbor.

Jordan Walsh, Glen Ellyn, Illinois

This four-star prospect comes in at 6'3'', 275 pounds.  This is the prospect whose mother is a huge Michigan fan and cried when he got the U of M offer.   I don't believe Jordan would commit today, but if he loves the campus, coaches, and facilities, you never know what could happen.  Jordan is planning a decision after the football season.

Cyrus Hobbi, Scottsdale, AZ

One of the top offensive guards in the nation, Hobbi will be driving through Ann Arbor on his way to NYC.  Having him on campus today hopefully will give Michigan a leg up in his recruitment.  Cyrus is also planning a decision after the season.

I guess Rich Rod is back from vacation and working on the class of 2011.  Dee Hart is still trying to make it to Ann Arbor this week after his strong performance at the Nike 7-on-7 last week.  Thomas Rawls, a three-star RB from Flint Northern, may also visit Ann Arbor this week.  Thomas is another guy that is starting to rise in the rankings and currently does not have a Michigan offer.
