Derek Fisher, Girlfriend Gloria Govan Get Engaged; Have Been Dating Since 2015

Former NBA guard Derek Fisher and his girlfriend, Gloria Govan, got engaged earlier this month. 

Per TMZ Sports, Fisher proposed to Govan during a small party at the couple's home in Los Angeles on April 7. The couple began dating in 2015. Govan was previously married to Matt Barnes, and the two have two children together.

Fisher currently works as a television analyst for the Los Angeles Lakers on Spectrum SportsNet. He previously served as head coach of the New York Knicks, compiling a 40-96 record in two seasons from 2014-16. 

In 18 NBA seasons with five different teams, Fisher won five NBA championships.
