Monday Recap
It has been a testing spell for Conte in recent weeks, but the Italian watched his team give a composed display against the side rooted to the bottom of the table.
Olivier Giroud was given a start to provide the Blues with a focal point, and the former Arsenal man was involved in the opener.
Giroud combined with Hazard after missing a wonderful chance of his own, and the Belgian fired Chelsea into the lead after 25 minutes.

Despite the score being just 1-0, West Brom appeared devoid of ideas, and it was no surprise as the hosts cantered to more goals.
Hazard continued to torment the visitors, but the home fans had to wait until the second half to see their team put the result to bed.
Moses linked with Cesc Fabregas shortly after the hour mark, and the winger slipped his shot past goalkeeper Ben Foster with ease.
Chelsea never had to find top gear during the performance, but they grabbed a third on the night as Hazard scored his brace.
The attacker exposed Foster with an accurate shot that gave the West Brom stopper little chance with 19 minutes remaining.
B/R Football highlighted Hazard's consistency:
West Brom were not in the game after the opening exchanges, and it appears they might drop out of the division at the end of the season.
The Baggies are now seven points from safety as the matches begin to run out for them.
