Metta World Peace Predicts Brooklyn Nets to Make 2018 NBA Playoffs

Metta World Peace is getting his predictions for next year's playoffs in early. 

World Peace took to Twitter on Monday and fired off his thoughts about next season's possibilities. 

The New York native weighed in on the prospects of the Brooklyn Nets, who haven't made it to the playoffs since 2015. World Peace predicted that they would be No. 8 seed next year. 

Although his prediction may be a stretch, the Nets are hoping to improve on last year's dismal campaign after trading with the Lakers to obtain D'Angelo Russell and Timofey Mozgov and drafting Texas center Jarrett Allen.

That said, it will likely be a long road from the worst record in the NBA to the playoffs.
