We all know a goalkeeper who thinks he should play in the middle, and in the A-League on Sunday, we saw it in professional football.

Liam Reddy of Perth Glory decided he'd play his way out of his area late on in their clash with Melbourne City.  

It started well. It got worse. It ended with Nick Fitzgerald scoring for Melbourne.

Fortunately, the mistake didn't cause any damage to Reddy's team except for some embarrassment; they led 5-3 at the time and went on to win 5-4.
