Texas Coach Tom Herman Takes Sledgehammer to Locker, Nearly Falls

New Texas Longhorns head coach Tom Herman got symbolic this weekend.

With the team revamping its locker room, the 41-year-old former Houston Cougars head coach brought a sledgehammer and hardhat to kick off what ESPN.com's Max Olson reported will be a "multimillion dollar renovation" this summer.

Herman nearly took a spill before passing the hammer off to seniors for their first swings.
