Real Madrid Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Eden Hazard and Isco

Eden Hazard reportedly has no desire to leave Chelsea for Real Madrid this summer.

According to Simon Johnson of the Evening Standard, the Belgian is committed to the Blues and will not seek out a move to the Santiago Bernabeu, meaning Real, who Johnson said "are determined to spend big" and had identified Hazard as a target, will have to look elsewhere.

The winger has been revitalised under Antonio Conte after a poor season last year, scoring 11 goals and providing four assists in the Premier League.

According to Squawka, Hazard has also created 54 chances and completed an astounding 120 take-ons. He's also been fouled 75 times—virtually three times per game on average, having made 26 appearances—which demonstrates his opponents are well aware of the threat he poses.

While Los Blancos hardly lack firepower, he'd be a tremendous addition to their front three, and it would not be surprising if he did join Real at some point in his career, particularly if Zinedine Zidane remains in charge—the Frenchman is his "idol," according to Johnson.

However, under Conte, he has every reason to stay at Chelsea. The Blues are likely to win the Premier League this season, and they'll take some beating next year, too, while they could also be a real force in the UEFA Champions League upon their return.

For the time being, it appears Real will need to look elsewhere.

The Spanish giants might also need to replace Isco, as according to L'Equipe (h/t Jaime Candil of AS), his agent and father Paco Alarcon has met with Paris Saint-Germain to open talks over a move, while Manchester City are also interested in a €35 million deal.

Isco has started 17 of his 28 appearances this season and completed 90 minutes just three times. He's nevertheless managed to impress, per OptaJose:

The Spaniard is an outstanding player who would be key at virtually any side in Europe, but he faces a tremendous amount of competition for game time at the Bernabeu thanks to the wealth of talent there.

He's an excellent asset to have around, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he were to seek regular football elsewhere this summer, particularly as he'll have plenty of lucrative options to choose from.
