Dybala has been boosted to a terrifying 89 and remains in his newfound central attacking midfield role after scoring two and assisting another in Juventus' 4-1 win over Palermo, with Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne also present.
A hat-trick in Atletico Madrid's 4-1 win over Sporting Gijon has resulted in a second Team of the Week nomination for Gameiro, who headlines the attack alongside Sevilla striker and fellow La Liga star Stevan Jovetic.
Hernandez represents the Bundesliga up front after he netted a match-winning brace in Bayer Leverkusen's 3-1 victory at Augsburg, while former Real Madrid team-mate Isco also makes the billing after he recorded two assists against Espanyol.
The defence is highlighted by Nice centre-back Dante, whose second TOTW nomination sees him improve to 86, sitting in front of Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves, who kept a clean sheet in Los Che's 2-0 win over Athletic Bilbao.

Paulo Dybala, Juventus
Juventus talisman Dybala has received a third in-form upgrade of the season and looks fiercer than ever after seeing his overall rating pushed up to 89, keeping the central attacking midfield role he's occupied of late.
Dybala had a hand in three of the Bianconeri's four goals against former club Palermo, and the pick of the bunch might have been a superbly taken free-kick that was captured by BT Sport:
Gonzalo Higuain may be the club's biggest marvel for many, but Dybala is swiftly carving out his own glittering future in Turin, and the Mirror's Alex Richards was in awe of the player during Saturday's outing:
The Argentinian already boasted three stat fields breaching the 90 mark, but his dribbling (94), pace (91) and shooting (91) now put him on an even more elite perch compared to his peers.
As far as Serie A teams go, Dybala can be considered a must-have with this latest in-form release, while players wishing to pair him in a hybrid setup—possibly involving Lionel Messi—have more range to do so.
Kevin Gameiro, Atletico Madrid

La Liga owners and France fans will rejoice at Gameiro's latest in-form treatment, which has seen his shooting rise to a very elite 89—one of five base stats the forward now boasts rated at 75 or higher.
The boost comes after Atletico's striker scored one of the fastest hat-tricks in La Liga history on Saturday, putting three past Sporting Gijon in four minutes and 43 seconds after entering the fray with the scores tied at 1-1:
Along with his 89 shooting, the now 86-rated Gameiro also has a respectable pace of 82, but it's his dribbling and passing stats of 85 and 84, respectively, that round out a potentially devastating force up front.
What's more, Gameiro followed up his memorable smash-and-grab against Sporting with another productive display against Bayer Leverkusen in the UEFA Champions League, per ESPN FC:
Although the European outing won't have contributed toward Gameiro's Team of the Week nomination, his ongoing rise has helped illustrate just how useful an asset he's become for manager Diego Simeone of late.
Antoine Griezmann's presence threatens to impede his French compatriot in the Atletico Madrid XI, but Gameiro has at least received just reward for his recent exploits with a brand-new in-form boost.
Dante, Nice

Coaxing the former glories out of an ageing star is never easy, but Nice manager Lucien Favre has managed to do just that with Dante, who was critical to the team clawing their way to a 1-0 win in their trip to Lorient on Saturday.
Earlier this season, Richards mused that the 33-year-old Dante even looked back to his former Bayern Munich standards in Ligue 1, and one would be inclined to agree based on Saturday's outing:
Dante's second in-form of the season has resulted in defence rising to a daunting 89, complete with an 86 rating in physical and a very handy 81 pass rating, making him one of the best centre-backs available in Ligue 1.
A Ligue 1 side could benefit from having the defender alongside either one of Paris Saint-Germain stars Thiago Silva or Marquinhos, while teams with a Brazilian influence could also benefit greatly from his presence.
