USC to Honor Former Trojans RB Joe McKnight During 2017 Rose Bowl

As the USC Trojans prepare to play in their bowl game, they are making sure one of their own is with them on the field.

Last month, USC alum (2007-10) and former NFL running back Joe McKnight was fatally shot at the age of 28 following an argument at an intersection. It was a sudden loss for everyone, including the Trojans family.

USC is playing Monday in the 2017 Rose Bowl, its first game since McKnight's death, and the Trojans will honor the late running back's memory by wearing a helmet decal featuring his initials and his No. 4. Not only that, but one player will also personally pay tribute to McKnight:
