The Philadelphia 76ers came out with a bang Wednesday.

Just 46 seconds into their first game of the season, a home tilt against the Oklahoma City Thunder, point guard Sergio Rodriguez found Gerald Henderson for a poster alley-oop slam over OKC big man Domantas Sabonis.
