Recap
Roberto Firmino and James Milner saved the day for Liverpool, who went into half-time in a losing position against Swansea after Leroy Fer gave the hosts an early lead.
The Swans were the better side before the break, but manager Jurgen Klopp must have said all of the right things during half-time, as Liverpool dominated the second half. Milner's late penalty gave them the three points, and club icon Jamie Carragher thought it was a fine result:
Per the Reds' official Twitter account, Klopp said he and his team aren't allowed to take a day off:
The win takes Liverpool up to second place in the standings, just two points behind Manchester City. The Citizens will put their perfect record on the line against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Chelsea entered Saturday's match against Hull desperate for a win and walked away with three points thanks to a solid showing in the second half and goals from Willian and Diego Costa.

Manager Antonio Conte introduced the three-man back line he so often used with Juventus, but the Blues struggled in the first half, and the better chances fell to the hosts.
Willian broke the deadlock with a wonderful strike, however, and Costa continued his fine scoring run by powering home a rebound shortly after.
Per Matt Law of the Daily Telegraph, Branislav Ivanovic was finally dropped from the starting XI, and we may see more of that in the future:
While Chelsea and Liverpool did what they were supposed to do on Saturday, West Ham continued their nightmare start to the Premier League season, managing only a draw against newly promoted Middlesbrough.

The Hammers were once again sloppy and went behind after 51 minutes, courtesy of Cristhian Stuani. Dimitri Payet scored a wonder goal to tie things up, but a late push for a winner yielded no results.
Bleacher Report UK had to share this photo, once again highlighting the issues with the new London Stadium:
Isaac Success scored an equaliser to preserve a point for Watford against Bournemouth, and Patrick van Aanholt did the same for Sunderland against WBA.
