Clemson (5-0) squandered a 28-10 lead and fell behind 36-28, but Deshaun Watson found both Mike Williams and Jordan Leggett for a touchdown during the final eight minutes of the fourth quarter. The Tigers overcame five turnovers to swipe the critical victory.

Watson accounted for 397 yards and five touchdowns while his counterpart Lamar Jackson amassed 457 and three, respectively. However, Louisville's final drive came up just short, and the Cardinals dropped to a disappointing 4-1 on the season.
