Love them or hate them, emojis are a part of everyday life—even for professional athletes.

For those who use them on a daily basis, they have go-to emojis and ones they hate seeing used.

Lang Whitaker of NBA.com caught up with some first-year players at the league's rookie photo shoot. While the players are getting used to dealing with the media, they probably weren't ready for the out-of-left-field questions in this interview:
