Nike Air Jordan 5 'Bronze' Release Date, Pics, Price
The Air Jordan 5 isn't done celebrating the 2016 Rio Olympics just yet, not with the epic "Bronze" colorway hitting shelves Saturday.
Call it another major success for the Jordan 5, this one smartly splashed with Obsidian, Metallic Red Bronze and Bright Grape.
Sneaker Bar Detroit provided a look at the release details:
| Saturday, September 24 | $190 |
The title of the shoe comes from the impressive bronze tongue, an immediate eye-grabber that won't let go.
Finish Line provided a look:
Bronze doesn't grace the tongue exclusively, though, as it also hits on the must-see bronze shark teeth on the side.
The teeth function as the perfect complement to the Obsidian leather upper. Kicks Deals propped up the shoe for a view of the teeth against a fitting background:
The Juggernaut Loop zoomed on the teeth:

A reflective surface does these beauties quite well, too, as Flight Club captured:
One can tell from the reflection why the creators decided to go the icy-sole route with this pair.
Indeed, and it looks downright amazing, as Solely Sneakers flaunted:
A looker from all angles, interested parties should understand the uni-colored back features the necessary Jumpman. So too does the interior when viewed from a top-down angle.
Sneaker Bar Detroit played with the angles to get the all-encompassing look:
Those wanting to stand out in an innovative, fits-with-anything sneaker don't need to look much further than this.
The Air Jordan 5 "Bronze" has the right theme and a smart reimagining of a classic in a somewhat reserved but can't-miss way. While rare for a classic to get the modern treatment right, this release can stand as a strong example as to how companies should approach the idea.
A looker no matter how deployed, sneakerheads can get their hands on the "Bronze" starting Saturday.
